(DR) was stopped by STS Arms in Oregon yesterday on our way to the NDIA Joint Armaments Conference, Exhibition & Shooting Demonstration 2012 in Seattle unloaded rifles (ARs and other weapons) for coating (Cerakote ceramic), and ' one of the company's specialties. . . The STS is internally coated with Micro Slick, a permanently lubricating ceramic coating that greatly reduces or eliminates the need for lubrication. STS owner Ron Downs took us to the range with some of his guns, including a trick AR SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) 300 AAC Blackout that he built in-house. - auto .22 LR AR, with counter parts, Glock 22 (G22) machine gun and STS Arms type selector-fire backplate / backplate fire selector switch reminiscent of the FSSG Fire Selector System, which DR wrote a long time ago . In fact, the STS Arms backplate selector would appear to function similarly to the FSSG, with minor differences in appearance and properties. STS Arms select-fire backplate for Glock Pistol appears to be all metal, while the FSSG, designed by Mr. Jorge A. It's fun, though. In fact, it is a strange thing, there is a negative opinion. So how does it work? For standard semi-auto fire, make sure the push-button type selector is pushed to the left so that it protrudes to the left and is recessed to the right. To go rock n' roll/full-auto, simply press the button from left to right so that the button is on the right side. Like the FSSG, the STS Arms replacement Glock backplate switch replaces the standard Glock backplate, and can be easily switched from one Glock to another. The first video below (video above) is my second attempt to fully fire the STS Arms rifle loaded with the G22, once I got used to shooting it.
